Refund policy

Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for missing or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • How to Request:
    Email us at info@alkhairsweets.com.pk with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Processing: Once verified, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Note: No refunds for:

    • Change-of-mind purchases

    • Courier delays

    • Opened perishable items

 


Exchange Policy:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.

  • However, if the error is on our end, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed for incorrect or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request:
Email info@alkhairsweets.com.pk with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging and unopened.

  • Once confirmed, replacements will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
